Part of improving our process includes improving the technology our team uses. We invest in building our own in-house technology was well as technology produced by third parties.
Technology we have developed in-house includes custom WordPress themes and plugins. These tools give our clients an advantage in ensuring industry best practices are followed. Our team also invests in leading technology for analytical reporting, social media publishing and advertising, search engine optimization and project management.
Discovery, Planning and Strategy Before Implementation
Before jumping into implementation for any campaign or project, we undertake a planning and strategy phase. This may be an internal strategy our team develops for smaller campaigns but usually involves developing a more formal strategy. This starts with a kickoff meeting to discover your goals, target audience, aspirations and past efforts.
