What platforms do you provide social media management services for?
We can provide management for all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
How much does social media management and advertising cost?
We have three main packages for social media advertising. Their costs are $1,500, $2,500 and custom pricing for larger clients. We do recommend an additional advertising spend of at least 25% of our management costs. This ensures you receive the most impact from our efforts. We also offer a $500 package that includes basic Google Ads management and social media retargeting.
How often do you post for clients?
For most clients, we post 2-3 times a week. For some, we post once a week. Determining the frequency of posting is part of developing your social media strategy. However, we are firm believers in the quality over quantity value of social media. Our clients do very well with 2-3 high-quality posts per week, rather than 7 (or more) scattershot, unpolished posts a week.
Do you have to invest in social media advertising as part of a social media management plan?
While we recommend investing in paid advertisements on social media to achieve the best results, we do not require that clients invest in advertising as part of their social media management plan with us.
Do you respond to comments, messages and questions on behalf of clients?
We take a combined approach to respond to messages and comments on social media, working with the client to determine their preferences for handling certain situations. Commonly, if a question is easy enough for our digital media specialists to answer, they will handle it while more difficult questions or specific questions about products, pricing and other business-specific matters are often shared with the client who provides information for the response or responds directly.
How much do you recommend a client spend on social media advertising?
A number of factors play into determining a client’s social media advertising spend recommendations, and there is no one-size-fits-all answer. When we sit down and determine your goals, do an audit of your existing social media and assess any of your past or current social media spends, we can create a budget that works for you.
